Let me explain, turning auto-renewal off will disable the automatic renewal of your elementor pro after the subscription period is over.

That means you can still use elementor pro for the rest of the subscription period.

A few days ago, I asked the same question to elementor support team via email, and they said, I can use elementor pro for the rest of the subscription period even I turned my auto-renewal off.

How to Cancel Elementor Pro Auto-Renewal

You can cancel the auto-renewal for your elementor pro subscription by following the steps given below:

  1. Go to https://my.elementor.com/ and log into your elementor account.
  2. Click on Subscriptions, and open your current elementor pro subscription.elementor-subscription-listing
  3. Click on three dots on the top right and turn off auto-renewal.

Turning off Elementor auto-renewal will disable the automatic renewal and your elementor pro subscription will automatically get canceled once the subscription period gets expired.

Now, let’s talk about the elementor refund policy and your eligibility to get the refund from elementor.

Elementor Refund Policy & Eligibility

As per the elementor refund policy, there are two important things you have to keep in mind before asking for a refund:

  • You will have to cancel your subscription within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund is only applicable for the new order/purchase.

That means you are not eligible to get a refund for renewals or upgrades, and after 30 days from the date of purchase for a new subscription.

Note: At the time of writing this article, Elementor Pro offering 30 days money-back policy only on new purchases, to know more please check their refund policy.

My Subscription Get Renewed/Upgraded Accidentally! Am I Eligible for Refund?

If for some reason, your subscription gets renewed or upgraded accidentally, then you can raise a ticket to elementor support team and discuss the matter to get refund.

Note: As mentioned under elementor refund policy, the refund is not applicable for renewals or upgrades, but still you can contact them to get the best possible support for accidental renewal or upgrades.

However, the process is the same to raise a ticket for a refund whether it’s for a new purchase or renewed/upgraded subscription.

You can follow the steps given below to raise a refund request for an accidentlly renewed or upgraded subscription.

How to Apply to Get Refund from Elementor?

You can create a ticket/request to the support team and ask for a refund. Follow the steps given below to create a ticket.

  1. Go to https://my.elementor.com/ and log into your elementor account.
  2. then go to this link https://my.elementor.com/support/ to directly open the ticket page.
  3. Now, it will ask you to choose the support category, select Billing in it.open support ticket category elementor

  5. Then it will ask you to request a refund for: you can select A New Purchase (last 30 days) or renewed subscription or other incase if your subscription got accidenly renewed or upgraded.open support ticket refund elementor

  7. Next, click on the Continue button and it will open up a new screen, where you can fill out about what are the issues you are facing and why you want to cancel the subscription, etc.open support ticket summary elementor
  8. After filling out the information, click on the Send button. and it will open a ticket with the information you provided and then the support team will contact you for further assistance.

You can wait for the support team’s reply and also check in the spam folder of your email if you didn’t receive an email from them in your primary mail folder.

Can I Trust the Elementor Refund Policy?

Yes, you can trust their refund policy. If you are meeting the conditions as per their policy, you will get your refund.

However, there are so many people with mixed opinions about the refund, some have a great experience with refunds like me while others have worst.

Elementor is a big name in the WordPress industry and they will not spoil their name just for the sake of money, but that doesn’t mean they will approve every refund request.

They will review your request and if they will find it all ok, they will approve your refund request

No, your site will not break, all the elementor pro feature will work but you will not get customer support and updates.
